At just 29 years old, Tina Lund has experienced phenomenal success. Amongst her achievements are 19 Danish Championship titles, two world cup series wins, European Championship gold and several international Grand Prix classes. Tina is rated number 131 in the world, the 26th best female rider. Her accomplishments have also meant that Tina was attained fame outside of the horse world: In 2008 she was invited to take part in Denmark´s “Dancing with the stars”. She sailed through the competition, receiving second prize at the end of it.
Tina has also released a single called “Take a ride”, dedicated to young girls who are in love with riding and made four programs on Danish TV channel, TV2, called “Tina Lund- Tæt på”. Along side such activities, Tina has a rigid timetable: She gets up at 7:00 am everyday and trains between five and eight horses per day. In the evenings she also trains friends and members of her family, including her fiancé and his three children. Competing is a huge part of Tina´s life and she travels the world competing in big competitions, supported and accompanied by her father and coach, Flemming Lund. Her mother, May-Britt and sister Charlotte have also been a large part of Tina´s support network, along with her assistant riders, Kim, Rikke and Christina.
